I don't think you can add an App to the Source list. But if you are looking at Apps, go up to select Recent or Recommended apps and when you have one selected push the Up arrow and you will be able to add that App to the Home list when you push the Home button. If you want to see one at the top of the list, go down to the one you want to move and push the Down button, select Move, go Left to where you want it and then push Select to put it in place.
