“Why there is no real answer for the questions from BEST BUY AND/OR SAMSUNG. There is an issue related to the Samsung - 32 class - led - n5300 series that the tv do not respond to the remote and you have to unplug and plug it back to make it work.”

• It is not the batteries. If you look at other questions there are many people with the same problem trying to solve it many ways. You also find no answer from Best Buy and/or Samsung'
