I do not use this port. I use the video ports to input from a computer. I did find it more difficult to mount this TV on the wall. Best Buy was not helpful making suggestions in this regard.

1-open file manager window key +E 2- The hard drive is usually C. 3 The cd-rom or optical drive is usually D: orE: 4- the external hard drive must have one letter. 5- Find the external hard drive and navigate into the folders to look for the files that contains your movies. 6-Then copy and paste on the location that you want the file to be copy to.
