It is common. Several complaints on Best Buy, Amazon and Samsung site. I have 2 TV's with the same issue. Samsung admitted that they do not have a fix. Currently waiting on UPS labels to return both sets for refunds. If the 30 day warranty from Best Buy is up, contact Samsung and let them know you want to return for refund.
