“The remote control often does not respond when the buttons are depressed. I have the tv connected to my computer and it is hard to get it to connect. I don't want to pay to use the phone remote that Samsung has. What are my other options?”

I have my hooked up to use xfinity remote. I did so through the TV using Settings, remote settings. Now I only use xfinity remote.
