Depends on your streaming services. Over the air broadcast is all HD. Each streaming service has it's own rules on 4K service. Even cable varies. Some are 4k for sports only and others have specific channels for 4k.

You should be able to stream 4k video at 60 fps with Dolby 5.1 sound if you have 35 Mbps internet network bandwidth available for the Smart TV. Some streaming services may require less, but you'll probably want at least 25 Mbps. You'll of course need more if other devices are active on your internet connection.
