The two sets of legs on this model span approximately 26 inches apart. (bottom tips of the legs) This bottom edge of this television is 2.5 inches off any counter surface that you might place this on. I would suspect that a 24 inch stand will not fit this television. You probably want a stand that is more than 26 inches wide to assure that the TV does not fall off either edge of the stand.
