“Machine filling with water when not in use We recently purchased this machine and have noticed that after the machine gets used, water will flow into the machine until it gets used again. It sat for a week and was half full the next time I went to use it. I have literally only done 3 loads of laundry...this thing is brand new?! Any suggestions?”

That is not normal out machine drains completely and is totally dry after every use, love this machine.

Please check the connections, especially the drain hose, to make sure it's installed correctly. The drain hose should be inserted 6" into the standpipe which should be between 39" and 96" high, and the connection should not be airtight.
