This is not normal, at the max time, the wash has taken hour and 15 and that’s a full load.

Please, check this link (https://bit.ly/2MkKjEI), it will show you information related to the water usage on your Samsung Washer. Also, you can go to page 28 on the user manual and follow the steps to run a Calibration Mode to calibrate the drum this will help to reduce the wash time.
