“Anyone get the washers Access Point to work? It never shows up on my available network list either on IOS or Android devices. Worked perfectly for the dryer. I've read tons of complaints about this issue and haven't found a solution. Reaching out to you!”

Your feedback helps us to understand where we can take steps to improve our product and service. The appliance supports Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz protocols. If your access point (router, gateway, modem, hub) uses Wi-Fi 5 GHz, please ensure that the washer connects to the protocol that it supports. I have shared the user manual link below.
