A:Answeryour cold water might be "turned off" at the wall connection. I only wash in cold water to save money so I hit the temp button to cold ( one light) . If the clothes come out steaming-hot...then you are not getting any cold water.

A:AnswerI had this happen when I tried to wash my clothes on a cold water cycle. The installers put the hot water on the cold water supply and vice-versa. Instead of only cold water, it was all hot. I had to reverse the hot and cold water supply hoses.
