your cold water might be "turned off" at the wall connection. I only wash in cold water to save money so I hit the temp button to cold ( one light) . If the clothes come out steaming-hot...then you are not getting any cold water.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dont see where you can. The fact that it is almost impossible for me to get the drain hose properly installed. I will have to return the machine for my refund. Its is not user friendly and the manual is not helpful.
