“I just got mine installed and when it’s going through the spin cycle it shakes violently. They also installed a pedestal. Is it normal for it to shake this much? I’m trying to understand if it was installed properly”

It turns out that the installers didn’t run the calibration. Once machine was calibrated this stopped.
