Thanks so much for asking, whitelynx! Samsung does not recommend using a pedestal if you are stacking the washer and dryer. This is because the pedestal is only designed to hold the weight of one appliance and not both. However, I would still like to provide this link (https://bit.ly/3hHQGQQ) to the user manual to help you. Page 22 has a diagram with the dimensions of this model installed on a pedestal; and page 23 has a diagram with the dimensions of this washer stacked with the matching dryer. ^Jecca
