• A:Answer My dryer is 7.5 cu samsung with sensor dry . my answer to your question is that dryers are automatically locked on a spinning mode due to safety features , thats why you cant open it. Wait till it finishes the cycle or pause it and wait till its done spinning then open it or stop the cycle then remove the plug for 1 min then plug back in just like rebooting a pc or cellphone.

Q: QuestionI don't see a way to choose the rinse cycle temperature. On previous Samsung washer I could choose cold, warm or hot rinse. This machine doesn't offer that manual choice?

Q: QuestionThe Samsung stackable washer of my current Samsung washer/dryer stack needs replacement, since the dryer works OK. I am told that installers will not replace only the washer, so these must be purchased in washer/dryer pairs. Is this true?

Q: QuestionMy washer was delivered yesterday. After removing the shipping bolts, the installer did NOT fill the holes in back of washer with the plastics bolt caps. Will this cause any issue to washer in long term without bolt caps (holes in back are open)?
