“Can someone still give this machine a very high rating after having used the machine for over two years? Have read a lot of reviews from users who has given this machine a more than favorable rating but it seems that they have used the machine only for a period of less than one year. Is there anyone there who would still give it a good rating after having used the machine for over a year?”

My original review in Nov 2012 was after a month or so. We had no problems with the machine until 2/14/15 when the plastic mount on the drain pump sheared off and a tub full of water was dumped on the floor. We called Samsung on Monday and even though the washer is out of warranty, they apparently know of the problem and are sending out the repair tech at no charge to fix it. The part has been redesigned and now attaches by metal vs plastic. Assuming it actually gets fixed I would keep the 4 star rating.
