QuestionWhy does Best Buy not list the Series #? Makes it hard to tell value for quality when you cannot find out the series of the tv. A Samsung 40" series 5 or 6 looks the same but huge difference from series 7 same size.

QuestionThe picture is very poor. I have changed settings and picture reverts back in about 30 seconds. It is terrible quality and I can't get a clear pictue. My 1080 is 100 times better picture. How do I get a clear crisp picture & keep settings once changed.

- Answer No or not that I know of? The Tv has an options to change aspect racial in TV settings although when watching a movies on Netflix and other media not available? Hadn't had time to research this issue? On my cable remote we have the option although doesn't work When watching other media? Sorry couldn't be of more help

QuestionThere's a noticeable lag time between the video and audio when connected through bluetooth to my Vizio speaker bar. I've tried using the optical wire but no good. Still lag time. Anyone know how to fix this?

- Answer Yes you can hear both at once. You really don't need external speakers with this tv though. Great sound alone!

- Answer I would say that you have the older model. I have the smaller smart remote which has few buttons and is very efficient and easy to operate. No complaints at all on this remote!

QuestionJust bought this tv and connected it to my att uverse cable, roku, and blue ray player. Looks good when playing things from roku, but cable TV looks terrible, even on HD channels. Could it be that the ATT BOX isn't HD? Used 4K cable.

- Answer may need to change resolution setting on uverse box. if gray box you should upgrade to the new black box model

- Answer No that pretty much is left up to your cable provider or the channel you watch it's like they make the app to use and you can just pay a monthly thing for that.
