Yes it has HDR (10 bit, not 8 bit)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've done a lot of research on HDR.. Let me explain in simple terms.. panels in mid to high price tv's are either 8-bit or 10-bit. This tv has 8bit panel. Both panel types can display HDR but 10-bit panels are expensive and supports wide colour spectrum. So HDR looks better on 10-bit panels. Step higher and you will find 10bit panels with support for 1000nits brightness REAL HDR (like in Samsung ks8000 or lg b6 or sony 930d etc.) and they cost an arm and leg. So, budget 4k HDR 10bit TV's usually comes with 400 to 600 nits.
