My guess is that the feet are less expensive to make than the center stand. But "universal TV stands" are readily available for $30 or less.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.FDA law passed that TVs require 2 feet in order to prevent TVs being pulled over by small children.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I totally agree. We have a tall dresser in the bedroom in which our other 32" Samsung (the one that we are replacing) has the stand in the middle and fits perfeftly. The ones with the feet will not work.... Too wide inbetween the feet....dresser won't accomodate the width between the feet. I will have to buy a different brand unfortunately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We got a swivel stand for a guest bedroom 40” tv that had the legs very far apart. My son in law just took the legs off of the tv and replaced it with this swivel stand which fits most tv’s and is placed in the center of the tv. My sister spent some time here and loved that she could either sit in the bed or on a chair a few feet away and just swivel the tv. I’m pretty sure I got it on Amazon, but you can also try Best Buy. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have the same problem with the wide feet! Amazon has a universal center mount that you have four screws that you have several places, to have it higher or lower. We are going to try that or will be returning the tv and stand.
