• Yes i assuming u can ....but i had a old 32in with the big back but the 40in fit perfect on the same center stand

• I had to purchase a universal stand. The legs were too wide apart to fit on my tabletop and it only has the holes for universal stands not the ones that mount close to the bottom of the tv
