Please report this to Best Buy. I just completed a call with Samsung remote support and they told me it’s not compatible. I can’t get Hulu or download xfinity.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just called Remote Support. They told me this TV is not compatible with Hulu and all my apps are all up to date. Super waste of my time and money. Please call and report this as well.

I did all the research to make sure it would have Hulu and I could download the Xfinity app and it does not recognize either when I search. I’m connected to the internet. I’m logged into my account. It’s extremely frustrating.
