I would check with BEST BUY SALES in store. They are far more knowledgeable than myself. I don’t have WI-FI therefore use very few of the TV’s options.

However, for other sources that use the TV's Settings, you can change the language (including English, French, and Spanish), and then from there you can enabled Closed Captioning. ~Samsung Advisor
