• Not it won't enhance it since it doesn't have this capability to begin with. It only supports 1080p.

• A cable will not change the specs of the TV output. So obvious answer is no. If that were the case, why would anyone buy 4K tv?

• I am not a techie... but from what I do understand, is that you should not get hooked into thinking that you need expensive cables.. most new cables are high speed cables and will work great on your tv. HDMI cables work with 4K just fine.
