• Try Amazon. I ordered a new remote and it is better than the one with the TV. Not perfect but much better than the so called smart one that is included with the TV

• Yes, I have Xfinity as my TV and mobile carrier and they will send to a link on how to program the Xfinity remote to the Samsung TV. I didn’t find the Samsung remote as user friendly and in order to watch the live TV networks I had to sign in every time.
