Hi Lexie - To clean The Frame (2022) TV's screen, please use a magic eraser. A magic eraser will not damage the screen, and you can rub it in a circular or any direction to clean it. Other materials (such as microfiber) will not work as well to remove smudges. Please also make sure you do not wet the screen or use any type of liquid spray. ~ Samsung Specialist
