Q: QuestionIs the wall mount included?

• A:Answer We bought the 43" Frame 2022, The Samsung Rep @ Best Buy confirmed the tv came with it. However, when the GEEK team arrived and opened the box, no mount was in it. All 2 of the guys said "the small tv must not come with a wall mount"! We disagreed, but they insisted and drove back to Best Buy, picked up a wall mount and charged us $33.00. Why would there be mounting instructions in the box if it didn't come with. I will be heading to Best Buy later today to straighten this out.

• A:Answer KathyA - The Frame TV comes with a black frame, which cannot be removed. The Customizable Bezels sold separately are attached directly on top of the black frame and come in Modern Brown, Modern Teak, and Modern White. ~ Samsung Specialist

Q: QuestionI’m preparing the wall to hang a 43” tv, the question I have is there enough room behind the Tv with a slim bracket for the receptacle and power plug to be located there or will the receptacle need to be installed out from behind the tv?

• A:Answer Not sure how you’re mounting the TV but all of the power and accessory cables come out of the “box” that sits below the TV. There won’t be a power cable coming directly out of the back of the actual screen.

Q: Question. I have heard the one cable needs to be insulated with conduit before hiding inside a wall. Also heard you may sell a cable that is inwall apporved.Icannot seem to finf that on your site nor any info on how dangerous it is to install inside a wall.

• A:Answer I have 4 of these tvs and there is no electric permit needed and the wire is fine to be dropped down 4 feet in a wall. All of mine have been installed behind wall Hope this helps

It does come with some complementary pieces, as well as the ability to add your own pictures which I love. I hope you buy it! I just received mine. I’m so thankful for it and I adore it. Q: QuestionDoes the framed tv connect using a receiver box? In other words, do any cables need to be routed from a receptacle to the tv? All photos make it seem like a cordless tv that communicates to a receiver that has all inputs and power.
