• The 43 inches is the diagonal measurement of the TV. That makes if almost 22 inches in height and almost 38 inches across.

• Hi Missy - The industry standard when measuring screen size refers to the measurement of the screen when measured diagonally. The measurements of the 43" Frame TV are 38.2" x 22" x 1" (W x H x D) when measured without the stand. ~ Samsung Specialist
