“I’m preparing the wall to hang a 43” tv, the question I have is there enough room behind the Tv with a slim bracket for the receptacle and power plug to be located there or will the receptacle need to be installed out from behind the tv?”

Not sure how you’re mounting the TV but all of the power and accessory cables come out of the “box” that sits below the TV. There won’t be a power cable coming directly out of the back of the actual screen.
