• Input lag doesn't seem to be an issue. The TV also has a gaming mode that creates an ever better experience. Ive been playing CoD all night with no issues. :)

• Web-search RTINGS for this model for detailed answers. RTINGS says great for gaming (XBOX, Switch, etc.). For the 49" model, the refresh rate is 60Hz native. > 49", the refresh rate is 120Hz native.
