They have never been used, so that beeing said no winterization would be needed as no water has been ran thro the machine yet.

We received our delivery and the drivers removed the packaging in the truck before the units were brought into our home. The entire trip from store to our home was under 10 miles. I’m sure the store can comment on how a new unit is packaged and protected before leaving the store or warehouse. Wish I could have been more helpful.
