We understand that this information may be essential for you to know. We're here to help. As per checking, the app is one of the special features of this dryer, and it's optional. To enable the function of the Smart Care app, you must first download the Samsung Laundry app from the Play Store or the App Store and install it on a mobile device that has a camera function. The Smart Care function has been optimized for Galaxy and iPhone mobile devices (applicable models only).
