“If I decide to do the installation myself, will the delivery guys put the washer in the basement where it hooks up to? Or do they just drop it off on my porch and I have to get it in the basement myself? I only ask because I don't have anyone to help me.”

They will take it down stairs for you and sit it where you would like. They are very good about helping the customer.l
