“None of the links provided by the Samsung Ambassador work, can anyone offer info on the water levels? I need a new washer and would prefer a top loader but am concerned that the newer HE models do not use enough water to get clothes clean.”

I just purchased the washer/dryer set and was also looking for one that has a full water level. I am very happy with it, there is a deep fill option that fills the water to the top so that heavily soiled clothes get clean. In order for the deep fill option to work it has to be on certain cycles (heavy, colors) it does not work on a normal wash cycle. This is a great choice if you are looking for a deep fill option.

Since the washer has a glass lid, I was able to watch the unit cycle through each wash. I too was concerned at first, because of not seeing the water level cover the load. However, this machine has been cleaning everything we've put in it and the clothes come out untangled due to no center agitator. We use HE liquid detergent and we're very happy with our purchase!

This washing machine offers the deep fill feature that adds extra water. Here is a link to the user manual starting on page 32 for information on cycles, settings and features.
