“Thr soundbar has no USB plug to upgrade the firmware. What adapter do I need so I can plug my thumb drive it to get the upgrade”

• Hi John, The HW-Q800B has a full sized USB port on the bottom of the soundbar. You are able to use the SmartThings app through a smart device to update your soundbar. ~Samsung Solutions
