Q: QuestionSpecifically which TV models support wireless Dolby Atmos? Samsung's site says "select 2022 models," but one online review suggests some 2021 models may work too. Is there an official list of TV models that support this feature?

• A:Answer Samsung is wrong on this. My QN85QN90AAFXZA 2021 model works with Dolby Atmos over WiFi. I would think any QN series 2021 model will also work.

Q: QuestionCan the soundbar be mounted to the television mount so there is zero gap between the two? I’ve seen other Samsung sound bars that include mounts for use with the TV mount.

• A:Answer Hello! Yes, it sounds fantastic with my 77" LG C2. Also, the LG remote works to control the volume of the soundbar. Also, the subwoofer is wireless, so it can be separated a bit, like where I have mine tucked behind the end of the couch, without having wires running everywhere.

Q: QuestionI have just purchased a Samsung OLED TV and soundbar [Samsung - HW-Q800B/ZA]. I would like to be able to play music CDs through the soundbar (not engaging the TV as there is no picture on the CD). I have a Sony CD player. Can I do this?

Q: QuestionI chatted, emailed, texted and now just called. Samsung told me this sound bar does not do space fit. What a disappointment. This is why we bought this instead of Sonos. The rep at Best Buy said it had the option.

• A:Answer Hello, The HW-Q800B Soundbar does indeed have SpaceFit Sound. There are two methods to turn this feature on. Method 1. Connecting via Soundbar To enable this function, turn on the Spacefit sound mode with the remote control of the Soundbar. SOUND CONTROL > “Spacefit sound Off” > UP (on provided Soundbar remote) > “Spacefit sound "On”. • This is available in all Sound modes. Method 2. Connecting via TV To enable this function, turn on the Adaptive Sound+ mode on your Samsung TV menu. HOME > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings > Adaptive Sound+. • The sound mode on your Soundbar will automatically change to Adaptive Sound+ if you enable the Adaptive Sound+ mode on your TV. • This function works when the Soundbar connects to some of the Samsung TVs. You can also use the SmartThings app from your smart device (Android or iOS) to turn this feature on and off. ~Samsung Solutions

Q: QuestionI purchased soundbar “open box”. Buttons on soundbar do not work & after 2-3 minutes, 1) the volume automatically jumps to level 24, 2) the sound mode resets to “surround”. When turned on, the soundbar displays “shop 4”. How to re-init the retail status?
