Hi LisaJoE, Follow the steps below to remove SHOP MODE from your Soundbar. 1.) Power off the bar. 2.) Hold Volume down on the remote until it says "Shop Off" on the screen. 3.) When powering the Soundbar back on, you will not see SHOP 4 scroll across the display screen. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I resolved this myself after doing two things 1) updating the firmware via USB, and 2) pressing play/pause button on the remote to re-init. Then disconnected everything, powered soundbar on & unit powered on showing simply “on” instead of “shop 4”. Then re-connected tv & subwoofer. No more issues! Install SmartThings app on your phone to control the unit - way better than the remote!
