QuestionWill the Q Symphony feature work with a Samsung qn85q90T tv.? I think I bought it in 2020. The TV literature states it works with Q Symphony, but I think it is a 2020 model.

- Answer Hi! The HW-Q800B features four ways to connect to an external device: HDMI (eARC), digital optical audio, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth wireless audio technology. If your TV is compatible with one of these three audio connections, you should have no issue connecting the soundbar to your TV. ^Andrew

QuestionHello, I'm purchasing the SAMSUNG 75" QN95BD tv and pairing it with the HW-Q800B sound bar. Regarding the wall mount, will the Samsung slim fit wall mount leave the tv too close to wall to fully utilize Q-symphony? How close is to close(tv, rear firing)?

QuestionIf I use optical cable will I still be able to get sound from all speakers including the rear speaker kit or is it limited unless I'm using e-arch ?

- Answer Hi Prime, Once you pair the SWA-9500S Wireless Rear Speakers to the HW-Q800B you will be able to hear surround out of them using an optical cable. But you will lose the ability to play Dolby Atmos content, as that does need to be played using an HDMI cable. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionWhat sound bar works best with a Q800A tv. Another question the other night my tv screen was shaking and then the screen turned black a few seconds this occurred three or four times within a minute. What do you think is the problem it’s a great tv. Randy

- Answer The soundbar is a simple "plug & play" if you have a Samsung TV with the same technology. As recommended by other buyers, download the latest firmware - instructions are included in the set-up packet. Power the soundbar - do not connect to the TV or keep power off on the TV until the firmware is uploaded. Once it has completed the update, turn on the TV, go to settings, speakers, and it should recognize the soundbar. Done.
