“so just got a new samsung tv and need to hook up a dvd player, cd stereo system and bose accostimass 5 speakers. none of those have hdmi so thinking of replacing the speaker system with a sound bar. will that work to do the sound for dvd/cd player?”

• Sounds like you need an av receiver insted of getting of the speakers.
