“I have this system setup with a Samsung TV and while watching TV using the system on TV/ARC the sound will cut out. So we have to switch to the TV speaker. Very frustrating after spending so much money and effort on the sound bar. Please help!”

Hi, You've already tried connecting the soundbar via Bluetooth, or an HDMI (eARC) port, correct? I have my soundbar connected via the HDMI (eARC) on the back of my Samsung TV. I hope this helps. :\
