Try moving the optical cable to the TV Digital optical out vs. to the cable box.

Hello, this can be caused by many different issues. It is often caused by the firmware updating in the product your sound bar is plugged into. You can change to an HDMI cord to see if that fixes the issue, or give us a call to help you troubleshoot the cause.
