“I received this washer yesterday and did two loads in it so far. The problem is when the cycle is done the items are still very wet. I even used the high spin cycle. Also tried the extra spin and they were still wet. Is this a problem with the washer?”

I ran to this problem too. I evenly distributed my clothes when loading up the washer. This helped. I sometimes run a Spin only cycle.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I agree, and have the same problem. Unfortunately this machine has a maximum spin speed of 800 RPM. That is just too slow. My old washer was 1,400 RPM. And 1,200 to 1,400 is normal for most machines. They should not have designed it to spin so slow. It probably allows them to claim that it uses less energy --- but that just makes your dryer use A LOT MORE energy. Maybe you can return yours. Mine is to late. I included this issue in my review.
