A:AnswerThe house symbol *should* bring up the Smart TV apps... is it possible that the remote you’re using is for a different Samsung TV in the house? We have 3 different models and get them mixed up and while the rest of the buttons seem to work, the Smart TV button does not.
A:AnswerThere may be a resolution error when your PC starts up. Try setting the resolution before swapping to this TV. Probably a software issue when your computer attempts to sync resolution. Try looking up solutions at tomshardware.com

A:AnswerIn america, this tv not only has wifi to connect all your personal devices but it has a spell check built in to it's smart hub. No Bluetooth though.
