“Does this tv ‘Black Screen’ when Connected to a PS4 Pro? I have heard cheaper 4K TVs that can’t handle the data and will stop processing picture for a second if too much is happening for it.”

I haven't seen that with this TV myself. I have seen that with low end TVs like Element, Seiki and RCA. I've ran an Xbox One and PS4 with no issues on this model Samsung.
