“IR repeater follow up.. I have a cable box & a Blu-ray player hidden in the same cabinet as the connect box. I need 2 repeaters to attach to each of those devises. How does a repeater on the front of the connect box get the signals from the repeaters?”

Hi Cunfused - The IR flasher relays the One Remote signal from the Samsung universal remote if it has been programmed for the cable box or Blu- ray player. For this to work you must be using the remote that comes with the TV. There are no external flashers that can plug in. It is on the box and sends out the signal. The One Connect box would have to be very close to the cable box and Blu-ray player. ^Val
