• Hi USAFMSGT, You would need an RCA to HDMI converter as the TU690T only offers HDMI, USB, 1 digital optical audio input, and an ethernet port. ~Samsung Advisor

• It looks to have 2 HDMI inputs and a USB. . If your DVD player has HDMI or USB, just plug it in. If it has RCA (Red, white and yellow), then you will need an adapter.
