- Answer Hi Jpierce, You can remove the pre-installed apps from the Main Menu Bar of your Home Screen, but you cannot delete pre-installed apps from the memory of the TV. ~Samsung Advisor

- Answer The compatibility is limited to connecting it as a device on the alexa app/ network which would allow “alexa turn the TV on” and so on. everything you can already do in the samsung app.
