“I have sound and no picture . The tv has been working fine . Today a I turned on and the screen is black .i do have sound . I can not see how to navigate the remote with no picture.. Tv is less than 2 month old”

Hi JeffF, If you've turned on your TV and hear sound but see no picture - or if the image is cutting in and out - there are a few common possibilities to consider: 1.
