No you have sound but it's not as clear

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Our Samsung TV remote has a button on the side of it that our hand accidentally presses occasionally. This mutes the TV (and the sound bar). Hitting the mute button on the sound bar remote doesn't help this. Only re-pressing the button on the side of the TV remote will bring the sound back on.
