I bought this for my tv in my garage and this sound bar rocks. I went into best buy to buy a Sony sound bar because all my tvs are Sony and I love Sony but the Sony sound bar just wasn't that loud and the Samsung was real loud. Another nice feature is the Bluetooth so I can listen to music from my phone.

I was very happy to have the sound bar and wireless sub. It really made a difference. I was not happy with the wall mount because they want it mounted 2 inches below the t.v which then leaves the wires exposed for the 2 inches. Other than the wires being exposed it is a very good product.

I highly recommend this sound bar, and the wall mount was easy to install.

Got tired of listening to movies at home with just our TV's speakers so started looking into soundbars. Went into the store and started listening to some different ones from known audio brands and mainstream brands, prices low to the $700 range or so. The sales guy was very helpful and worked with me so I was able to hear the same movie/music on the different soundbars to give them a fair and thorough comparison. My husband and I decided on this one as he didn't want to pay the price for another that was really only slightly better. The features of this one is nice. It was fairly simple to setup. The sound I'd say is above average as there are others available that sound better, but feel that for this price point this one is a good value. We were looking for something with a subwoofer to give enough bass for the lows and "oomph" in action scenes, but also something clean, crisp, and balanced for daily TV viewing.

I have a very large great room (2 stories high) with a Samsung 60" along with this soundbar mounted over a fireplace. It's easy to use and fills the room with great, full sound. Wireless subwoofer will knock your socks off. Sound bar settings for surround, music, sports, voice (great for the news, documentaries), cinema and night. The Bluetooth function works great with my Samsung S6 (good range and no skips).

This sound bar with subwoofer was just what my Samsung TV needed, what a difference. The sound is now richer, fuller, you have choices for music, cinema, spoken word, standard, etc. and the remote is simple to use. Most of the time you don't need it since the sound bar integrates perfectly with my 2013 model Samsung TV - wirelessly. Now when I turn on the TV, the sound bar turns on. When I turn it off, the sound system turns off. Have not had one issue. Highly recommended especially if you have a newer Samsung TV.

This is my first time purchasing a soundbar and its awesome. It has a great sound looks good too. The set up was easy & the t.v.remote controls the soundbar's volume as well. I got it for my bedroom.

This was a great addition to our recent television purchase. It was the absolute easiest thing to set up. So easy, in fact, I just couldn't believe I wasn't missing something. Just plug in the subwoofer and turn it on. The tv found the speaker and did all the work. AMAZINGLY SIMPLE...and no wires other than the one on the subwoofer. Great sound, great price, easy installation. What more do you need.

A first time owner of a soundbar. It is definitely better than the tv speakers. Very crisp audio. No distortion at reasonably high volume. Great features with Bluetooth. Turns on with the TV which is great. Setup was easy.

So, over the years we have upgraded our living room technology a piece at a time. Most recently (before this soundbar) was with the purchase of a 70" 4k TV, which was life changing. But, we also continued to suffer from poor sound, especially considering that our A/C unit is right off our living room and makes a lot of noise. We chose this set because it's a quality brand and was offered at a good price. After setting it up, I would have gladly paid 10x the price we paid. THIS IS THE BEST TECH PURCHASE WE HAVE EVER MADE! The sound is awesome, easily drowns out any ambient noise, and has just the right depth without setting up a full surround system. STOP READING THIS AND BUY IT, NOW!

We listened to a bunch in the store and this had the best sound in our opinion in our price range, including a few that were higher priced then this one. So for product, it was great.Now if I would rate best buy's willingness to work with a customer I would have to give it a 1. I returned this sound bar before we even opened it and bought it online form a different seller. It was my fault for not looking online before we purchased but I had gift cards to use up. We ended up buying it for $70 less. Best Buy would not price match and I was not in the mood to just give them $70 because I had gift cards to use up. That day we bought 4 items and I returned 3 of them within 2 hours. Moral of the story is either Best buy needs to be a little more flexible on how they will price match if they want to stay competitive and this was a good sound bar.

This sound-bar is great for a smaller room and especially if you are not wanting to spend a tone of money. It is VERY easy to set up and the sound quality is quite good. It is very low profile and it is nice not having to worry about cords.

The sound quality on this is very clear and it also has really good bass to it. I like how it is bluetooth and you can connect anything to it. It is very easy to set up and I would recommend it to anybody.

I purchased this sound bar to be installed in my new house. I have never had a sound bar before but wanted something wireless that also would put out enough sound to fill my open floor plan. This one is perfect. The sound bar puts out a perfect quality for me to fill my open space and the price was great. It is very simple to use for someone who has never had to use one before, I love it. I especially love how I can connect to my phone and play music also.

Bought this sound bar, because my surround sound system broke. Love the fact that I do not need to run wires and the sound quality is perfect for my room. It's easy to install.

So I had an Onkyo 7.1 surround sound system prior to this sound bar. However, I got tired of the wires running everywhere and it always seemed like I had to crank the volume way up to hear voices very well, despite fiddling with every setting on the box. Wanting to tidy up the TV room, I decided to look at some sound bars, not expecting the "movie experience" to be as good as the Onkyo. So here's what I like about this Samsung: Bar itself is thin, and easily mounted to the wall or to some kind of bracket attached to the TV. It has several sound modes ("cinema", "news", etc.) so you can usually find one that sounds good for what you're watching. Subwoofer is wireless. Setup was very easy. Sound is really good and clear, and the subwoofer puts out nice bass (though I wish it was a little more). Bluetooth pairing was easy, and sound over that connection is terrific. Price was excellent! What I don't like about it: Does not auto-power-on when the TV does, despite fiddling with all settings possible. Um, that's all I can think of. =) So is it as good of a movie-listening experience as a 7.1 surround sound system? No. Does it sound pretty amazing considering it's one sound bar and one subwoofer? YES! And there's a lot less wires running everywhere. Would definitely recommend this.

Was included in the purchase of my new Samsung 65" 4 k TV, so the price was right. The sound is excellent and have no real complaints. Looks good hanging right below the TV

Awesome sound quality. EQ possibilities are great for any type of show, game, or concert. Soundbar had a slight delay at first but there is a feature built in to the bar that allows you to shift the delay by a few miliseconds to synch all audio up. Bluetooth lets you play music from phone or computer wireleesly. Extremely satisfied with this purchase.

The sound is great. Very easy set up. Connects to our Samsung 4k via bluetooth without a flaw.

I purchased the Samsung - 500 Series 2.1-Channel Soundbar with 7 Wireless Active Subwoofer and was amazed at the sound. The movies I watched, The entire Star Wars collection was so much more thrilling with this sound bar that I now know what I have been missing when watching movie CDs. It gave such a great change in the way all of the media worked together that I will now go back and view many of the CDs I have stored. The sound was outstanding; I could feel the vibrations through my body with the music and background sounds that made the movies worth seeing.
