“This started after Geek squad set this tv up for us this week. It flashes to a black screen off and on and then the picture has frozen several times. Xfinity X1 box firmware is up to date and been refreshed several times. Have you heard of this problem?”

Never heard of the problem. If Best Buy set it up, call them. Or, call Samsung. I've had excellent experience with Samsung service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have wow and I asked the same questions. My tv pic goes black and back on when we change from a regular channel to an hd channel. Wow said that is normal. Don't know if that is correct or not.
